Every year, Citizens Action Coalition is down at the Indiana State House to monitor utility legislation. This year is no exception, so rest assured that we are watching closely to see if there are any developments during this short session of the Indiana General Assembly.

We are happy to report that the 2016 Session of the Indiana General Assembly has so far been a quiet one. Of course that could change at any minute, so we will not relax our vigilance one bit! Keep checking back, and we'll let you know if anything changes.

There have been some good bills introduced that we are supporting and some bad bills that we are watching. Surprisingly, so far there hasn't been any heinous utility legislation introduced. Below are our bill watch lists for this session:
